A Harrisburg man who stood up his cab driver in Carlisle Sunday morning was identified and charged Wednesday using police cameras, according to Carlisle police.
Police said they first suspected Larry Pollard, Jr., 22, was the man they were searching for based on footage from a patrol car camera and the newly installed security cameras near Memorial Park.
